Pluton Biosciences welcomes Elizabeth Gallegos, who joins the team in the role of Chief Financial Officer.
In her new position, she partners with the Pluton leadership team to continue translating our vision and strategy into an operational plan and financial roadmap. Additionally, she works with our internal and external accountants to drive day-to-day financial operations.

Gallagos brings to Pluton extensive experience in finance, business development, and operations. She began her career in finance at Monsanto and later held leadership roles in strategy and business development of new agricultural technologies. She also has 20 years of experience working in AgTech startups, including Chlorogen, Pasteuria Biosciences, Inc., and FBSciences, Inc. Most recently she held the position of CFO/COO for Plastomics, Inc. and Impetus Agriculture, Inc. Gallegos earned a BA from Washington University in St. Louis, and an MBA from the Olin Business School at Washington University.
